This long term law firm has more than 25 years of experience in helping small businesses in numerous industries – including manufacturers, software companies, retailers, franchises and non-profit organizations. The Challenge
The Law firm had unpredictable IT labor costs as well as slow and difficult computer systems. They had constant challenges with email from their hosting provider, virus problems and other network inefficiencies. In addition to the high cost of employee downtime, they had utilized an internal employee to try to determine the causes of these issues.

- Provided 24x7 monitoring and management of the network.
